Booking Confirmation
A 30% deposit of the total booking value is required to secure the selected vehicle and date. The reservation is confirmed after the deposit has been received.
Cancellation at Least 24 Hours Before Service
Customers who notify Premium Bali Travel at least 24 hours before the scheduled service are eligible for a full refund of their deposit.
Cancellation Less Than 24 Hours Before Service
The 30% deposit is non-refundable when cancellation is made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service.

Contact Premium Bali Travel through WhatsApp with your travel dates, passenger count, luggage, pickup area and service requirements. We will recommend a suitable vehicle and send a quotation.
Is a deposit required?+
Yes. A 30% deposit is required to secure the selected vehicle and date.
How long can I use the vehicle?+
Published daily rates cover up to 12 hours. Additional hours are charged at 10% of the daily vehicle rate per hour.
What is included in the daily rate?+
The daily rate includes a professional driver, fuel, an air-conditioned vehicle, mineral water and up to 12 hours of use.
What is not included?+
Toll charges, parking fees, entrance tickets, meals, personal expenses, additional hours and services not stated in the confirmed quotation are not included.
Can you recommend a vehicle for my luggage?+
Yes. Share the number of passengers, suitcases and suitcase sizes through WhatsApp, and we will recommend an appropriate vehicle.
Are there additional charges for distant areas?+
Karangasem, Singaraja/North Bali and Jembrana/West Bali may have an additional charge of IDR 200,000 per region, subject to final route confirmation.
What is the cancellation policy?+
Notify us at least 24 hours before the scheduled service to receive a full deposit refund. The deposit is non-refundable for cancellations made less than 24 hours before service.
